Been doing this awhile, and figured I might as well start keeping track.  Decided to train for a triathalon, since Ive had a lingering R calf injury since May 2014.  So I'm hoping that calf strengthening exercises plus less running and a great deal of cross training will eventually get me back to normal.  Lord knows, Ive tried everything else (except surgery).  That wouldn't be entirely out of the question, however, for if this doesn't work, I guess I will be out of options.
